Hi, I'm Patrick! I've been in the real estate industry as a broker and photographer since 2010 and 2012, respectively. I began in the Phoenix metro area and expanded into the California Central Coast where I currently reside in beautiful Paso Robles with my wife, son and daughter, and chocolate lab.

First impressions are everything. The vast majority of buyers these days start their search online with websites like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, and Realtor.com. Without professional photos showcasing your client's homes you simply are not representing those clients to the best of your ability. In fact, in a recent survey of sellers and buyers the number one most important tool for selling a home in their eyes was professional photography.
